Accounts which are paid via Moneybookers or PayPal are generally setup the same day that you submit your order. Our average wait time is 1-12 hours. Account setup will take no longer than 48 hours. Accounts paid via WesternUnion, Bank Transfer or MoneyGram are setup the same day payment arrives at our office.
